Five services that cover the whole life of a control system

From the first I/O schedule to the maintenance visit three years after handover. Take one stage or the whole scope — the same engineers carry it either way.

Stage 01

Designing

Everything that has to be decided before anyone picks up a crimping tool. We work from your design specification and produce the drawing set the rest of the project is built from.

What we produce

  • Control philosophy and functional description
  • I/O schedules and instrument index
  • Panel general arrangement drawings
  • Power and control wiring schematics
  • Bill of materials with OEM part numbers
  • Cable schedules and termination details

When you need it

  • New plant or new production line
  • Replacing an obsolete controller
  • Tender documentation for a client
  • As-built redrawing of an undocumented panel

You end up with a drawing set another contractor could build from without calling us. That is deliberate — it is your plant, not our lock-in.

Built and tested in-houseNothing ships before it has been proven on the bench
Stage 02

Engineering

Turning the design into working hardware and software. This is where the application logic is written, the panel is built or bought, and the whole thing is proven before it leaves for site.

Software

  • PLC and DCS application programming
  • SCADA screens, alarms, trends and reports
  • Operator terminal and HMI configuration
  • Drive parameterisation and interfacing
  • Third-party package integration

Hardware

  • Panel manufacture or procurement
  • Instrument selection and sourcing
  • Network and communication build-out
  • Factory acceptance testing with your team

FAT is not optional. You are welcome to witness it. Faults found on our bench cost a morning; the same faults found on your plant cost a shift.

The part nobody quotes for

Site work is where projects are actually won or lost

A perfect drawing set and clean code still meet a plant that is dusty, half-built and running to somebody else’s schedule. Commissioning engineers who wrote the logic themselves solve problems in minutes that would otherwise cost a day of phone calls.

Stage 03

Commissioning

Installation supervision through to the moment your operators take the system over. We plan around your shutdown window rather than asking you to plan around ours.

On site

  • Installation and termination supervision
  • Power-up and earthing verification
  • Point-to-point I/O and loop checks
  • Instrument calibration and ranging
  • Interlock and trip function testing
  • Live trial runs with plant operators

On closure

  • Site acceptance test records
  • As-built drawings and cable schedules
  • Software and configuration backups
  • Operator and maintenance handover session

Shutdown planning. Tell us the window you have and we will sequence the cut-over to fit it, or tell you honestly if it cannot be done safely in that time.

Stage 04

Preventive maintenance

Control systems degrade quietly. Batteries die, backups go stale, spares get borrowed for another line. An annual agreement catches all of it before it becomes a stoppage.

Scheduled visits

  • Controller and I/O health checks
  • Battery, fan and power supply inspection
  • Software and configuration backups
  • Network and diagnostic log review
  • Alarm and trend housekeeping

Between visits

  • Telephone and remote diagnostic support
  • Breakdown attendance under agreed response
  • Critical spares list and holding advice
  • Obsolescence warnings before parts vanish

Backups matter most. The single most common reason a plant stays down longer than it should is that nobody can find the current program.

Stage 05

Corporate training

Functional and technical training on any brand of control system, for the people who have to live with it. Delivered at your plant or at our office, built around your own system rather than a demonstration rig.

Who it is for

  • Maintenance technicians and electricians
  • Panel operators and shift engineers
  • Graduate engineers joining a plant team
  • Project teams inheriting a new system

What it covers

  • Reading and interpreting the control logic
  • Fault finding from the HMI and diagnostics
  • Safe modification and backup procedure
  • Instrument checks and basic calibration

Any brand. The training is not a sales route into our platforms. If your plant runs a system we did not supply, we will still teach your team to work on it.

Trained on your own systemNot a generic classroom rig with different hardware
How to engage us

Three ways clients usually start

You do not have to take the whole scope. Most relationships begin with one stage and grow from there.

Turnkey system

We take the full scope: design, software, panel, commissioning and handover, against a single point of responsibility.

  • One contract, one accountable team
  • Fixed deliverables at each stage
  • Rolls naturally into a maintenance agreement
Best for new lines and greenfield areas

Software and engineering only

You have a panel builder and an electrical contractor. We write the application, run the FAT and support the cut-over.

  • Works alongside your existing contractors
  • Platform-native, in your OEM environment
  • Documented so your team can maintain it
Best for retrofits and controller migrations

Annual support agreement

Scheduled preventive visits plus an agreed response for breakdowns, on systems we built or systems we inherited.

  • Any brand, any make, any vintage
  • Backups and spares held under review
  • Training bundled in where it helps
Best for plants without an in-house controls team
Deliverables

What lands in your hands at each stage

No stage closes on a verbal assurance. Each one produces a document you can check, file and hand to the next contractor.

Common questions

Before you send a scope

If your question is not covered, call the Pune office and speak to an engineer rather than a sales desk.

Send your requirement

Yes, and most clients do. Design-only and software-only engagements are common where you already have a panel builder or an electrical contractor. The deliverables for each stage are written so the next party can pick up cleanly.

We provide functional and technical support for system integration of any brand or make. Legacy takeovers, undocumented panels and controller replacements are routine. Where drawings are missing we can produce an as-built set first.

Either. We can manufacture, or procure to our own design, or work purely on the application software if the panel is already contracted. The design stage produces the same drawing set regardless.

It depends on I/O count and the length of the shutdown window. Tell us the dates when you enquire and we will confirm whether the sequence fits, rather than committing and discovering the problem on site.

Engineering is done from Pune with a branch office at Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai. Commissioning teams travel nationally depending on project scope and duration.

Yes. Training is most effective run shortly after handover while the system is fresh, and it is often bundled into an annual support agreement rather than bought separately.

Start a conversation

Tell us which stage you need.

Send the scope, the platform and the timeline. An engineer will come back to you, not a sales script.

Service enquiry

Tell us the sector, the platform and roughly when you need it live.

Thanks. This is a preview form — wire it to your endpoint before launch.
