What we do

Five services that cover the whole system life

Most integrators hand you off between stages. We stay on the job from the first I/O list to the maintenance schedule.

01

Designing

The drawings and documents your project is built from, matched to your specification.

  • Control philosophy and I/O schedules
  • Panel general arrangement
  • Wiring schematics and bill of materials
02

Engineering

Application software written and tested before a single panel reaches your site.

  • PLC, DCS and SCADA configuration
  • Panel manufacture or procurement
  • Factory acceptance testing
03

Commissioning

Site work carried out by engineers who wrote the logic in the first place.

  • Installation supervision and loop checks
  • Live trials and site acceptance testing
  • Structured handover to operations
04

Preventive maintenance

Planned upkeep so faults are found in a service window, not a shutdown.

  • Scheduled system health checks
  • Software and configuration backups
  • Spares planning and breakdown support
05

Corporate training

Functional and technical training for maintenance and operations teams, on any brand.

  • Run at your plant or at our office
  • Platform-specific or general automation
  • Built around your own system, not a demo rig

Not sure where you fit?

Send us the scope and the platform. We will tell you what the job actually needs before you commit to anything.

Site acceptance

What signing off actually involves

Commissioning is not switching the panel on. Every item on this list is checked, witnessed and recorded before we ask anyone to sign a handover certificate.

You get the completed records as part of the closing documentation, which is what your auditors and your next contractor will both want to see.

Request our SAT template
Site acceptance test — typical scope 0%
  • Power-up and earthing verification Day 1
  • Point-to-point I/O and loop checks Day 1–2
  • Instrument calibration and ranging Day 2
  • Interlock and trip function testing Day 3
  • SCADA screens, alarms and trends Day 3
  • Live trial run with plant operators Day 4
  • Backups, as-built drawings, handover pack Day 4
Indicative duration only. Actual scope depends on I/O count, plant availability and shutdown windows.
Inside the control room

When the screen is wrong, the plant is wrong

Operators trust what the SCADA tells them. If an alarm is mis-scaled or a trend is reading a stale tag, decisions get made on bad information and the consequences land on the plant floor. We treat the supervisory layer as safety-critical, not cosmetic.

How a project runs

Everything between the field device and the control room

Four stages, one accountable team. Each stage closes with something you can check and sign off.

01

Field devices

Sensors, transmitters, drives and valves specified, wired and loop-checked.

02

Control logic

PLC and DCS programming on the OEM platform your plant already runs.

03

Supervisory & HMI

SCADA screens, alarms, trends and reports your operators can actually use.

04

Plant network

Fieldbus, SDH and OTN links and wireless backhaul that keep data moving.

Integration on systems we did not build

Taking over a legacy panel, adding a line to an existing SCADA, or replacing an obsolete controller is normal work for us. We offer complete functional and technical support for system integration of any brand or make.

The control stack

From sensor signal to control room screen

Every layer below has to be right before the one above it can be trusted. We are accountable for all four.

Field sensors & valves Control PLC / DCS Supervisory SCADA / HMI Operations reports & alarms 4–20 mA & fieldbus loop checks interlocks & sequencing redundancy SDH / OTN / wireless

Try it yourself

This is what interlock logic feels like

A simplified pump start circuit. Press start and the pump runs. Trip the high-high level or hit emergency stop and it drops out immediately, exactly as it would on your plant.

Real systems carry hundreds of these conditions. Getting them right is the difference between a plant that runs and a plant that trips at 3am.

Delivery discipline

How we measure our own work

Three numbers we hold ourselves to on every project. Figures below are placeholders for the client to confirm against their own records.

0%

Delivered on schedule

Projects handed over inside the agreed commissioning window.

0%

Clients who return

Customers who come back for a second system or a maintenance contract.

0%

Documented handover

Every project closes with drawings, backups and test records in your hands.

Why teams choose us

Complex automation, delivered simply

Plenty of companies claim to deliver solutions. The difference is whether your maintenance team can still run the system two years after handover.

One accountable team

The same engineers carry the job from design through commissioning, so nothing is lost in translation between drawings and the plant floor.

Schedules that hold

We coordinate with every stakeholder on the project so slippage is caught early, and your return on investment is not pushed back a quarter.

Documentation you keep

Drawings, backups, test records and a handover pack that stays useful long after our engineers have left the site.

Our track record

How the company has grown

A short milestone history builds credibility faster than any capability list. The years and events below are placeholders for the client to fill in.

Coverage

Engineered in Maharashtra, commissioned across India

Design and software are produced at the Pune office. The Kalamboli branch sits close to the Navi Mumbai and JNPT industrial belt, which keeps site response times short for terminal and port-side clients.

Commissioning teams travel nationally depending on project scope and duration.

Notes from the panel room

Short technical articles are the cheapest way to rank for the searches your buyers actually make. Three starter topics are outlined below.

Common questions

Before you send an enquiry

If your question is not here, call the Pune office and speak to an engineer directly.

Send your requirement

Yes. We offer complete functional and technical support for system integration of any brand or make. Legacy takeovers, controller replacements and adding a line to an existing SCADA are routine work.

We can manufacture or procure the panel, or work purely on application software if you already have a panel builder. The design stage produces the general arrangement, wiring schematics and bill of materials either way.

Siemens Simatic S7 and PCS 7, Rockwell RSLogix 5000 and Mitsubishi Melsoft iQ Works, along with field instrumentation, communication bus networks, SDH and OTN links and industrial wireless.

Most clients move onto a preventive maintenance agreement covering scheduled health checks, software and configuration backups, spares planning and breakdown support. Training for your own team is available alongside it.

We engineer out of Pune with a branch office in Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai. Site work is undertaken across India depending on project scope and duration.

Shutdown windows

Most of our work happens while the plant is stopped

Cut-overs, controller migrations and panel replacements get squeezed into whatever window production can spare. Planning that sequence properly is the difference between restarting on Monday morning and explaining why you have not. It is the part of the job that never appears on a capability list.
